Since 1960, Goshua has been turning fresh milk from the Pyrenees into authentic, generous desserts.

Based in the Ulzama Valley, in the heart of Navarre, our family business draws its inspiration from a land where farming and dairy tradition are truly a way of life.

The name Goshua comes from the Basque word “goxua”, meaning rich, sweet and delicious — everything we strive to bring to our recipes.

Rice pudding, natillas, chocolate cream, sheep’s milk curd… Each dessert is the result of artisanal know-how, a rigorous selection of the finest ingredients, and an unwavering passion for doing things properly.
